Do anybody know an attorney in Fl. that deals with tricare? Specializing in gastric byp surgery?

I have tried so many diets. I have tried liquid diets, adipex(a prescription drug), hydroxycut, zetacap, weight watchers, atkins, etc. I lose weight only to gain that and more back. I was reading over the requirements for tricare to pay for the surgery and it clearly states 100 pounds over weight with a comorbity or 200% over body structure. It has nothing in there about going on a diet for 6 months. I was reading about a young lady that hired an attorney. The attorney proved that the handbook didn't say anything about the a 6 month diet and she got approved for the surgery. The whole process from start to finish was less than 2 months. So i'm probably going to just look into getting an attorney because i'm not going through the hle of waiting to go through their diet programs. I have a family history of diabetes, heart diease, strokes high blood pressure. I am 28 yrs. old with 3 beautiful children. SO i'm just going to get an attorney have the surgery and get my life back. How can i respond when people make rude comments about my family/kids?

i have 16 kids (some are mine, some adopted) with 2 on the way. they are all beautiful and for the most part well-bahaved (if you want to know the family story see my previous ques.)when we go out somewhere it's the same thing "ever heard of birth control", "are you mormon". a whole bunch a rude and nasty comments. i always try to ignore them, but it sometimes it hurts the younger ones feelings (especially the adopted ones) when people say that. once my 7 year old tried to run away because some man said "i highly doubt you want all those kids, you were just too lazy to use a condem". how can i stop this. the older ones just turn their heads and walk on. but it's still hurtfull.

Need to lose weight and bulk up!?

I'm currently about 20 lbs overweight and it's been affecting my posture, and causing more pain on my knees and feet. I've always been around 155-160, but this past year I've been somewhat sedentary and have put on too much weight, and I'm now at 180-185. I need to lose at least 15 pounds but I also want to put on muscle. I want to do this as quickly as possible but safely too. I have access to some old-school Nautilus-style weight equipment and stationary bicycles too. Jogging and running are not really an option for me due to ankle, feet and knee issues. I have a sauna in my apartment clubhouse too. I cant afford to go on some fancy all health-food diet, but i can cut back on carbs, etc. Any other dietary advice would help too. p.s. I'm 45 years old and in otherwise reasonably good health.

personally I don't think it does - as a crock pot/ slow cooker is running for far longer even though it is on a low setting it must use much the same power as a stove both consume a lot of energy. Half an hour on th estove or five hours in a slow cooker probably work out about the same.

As someone who works in schools, I've observed schools that give students' families forms to fill out for free or reduced lunch and there is no research done on those forms to verify information. More and more families falsify this information so that their children can qualify for free or reduced lunches. I don't want children to go hungry, but when I see children get free lunch and they are wearing the newest and most expensive fashions, and their parents drive Escalades and Hummers, it is quite obvious that these families have the means to feed their children. Also, these are the children that come to school with dollars in their pockets to spend on french fries and cokes at lunch and end up throwing their free lunch in the trash. On the other end of the spectrum, I also see children whose parents are hard workers at bottom level jobs, they drop off their kids in their old cars and pickup trucks, their children wear more basic clothes, and these parents are too proud for istance and send their children to school with lunches from home. It's interesting that these children are hard workers in cl and don't cause disciplinary problems, whereas the other children are usually the ones who refuse to do their work and disrupt the cl with their inappropriate behavior. Maybe the food should just be free for everyone then? Or maybe we should investigate these claims of low income and have consequences to deter the falsifying of this information? I'm really concerned about this because tax dollars are dwindling, children are hungry, and this waste of food and money is too monumental to ignore.

I have a Ford Bronco 1996 in pretty good condition except that out of the blue it just does not turn on. It is the weirdest thing the radio and lights work it's just does not turn on . Can't stop blinking when i play snare drums?

I'm in my school's band, and I'm a drummer. I play every kind. The problem I have with snare is that when i hit the drum it's too loud of a noise so I start blinking and mess up. When I play other drums, the sound of the snare still makes me blinkI have nerve and hearing damage in an ear, but wouldn't that help? It doesn't seem so. You should embark on some weight training in a well equipped gym or health club. The is mostly fat covering the gluteus maximus muscles so you want to increase the size of these muscles but not increase too much fat. Full squats using weight on the shoulders is the best exercise for the glutes. For the chest do bench presses (flat on a bench) and declines on the decline bench. For 5' 2" you are already a little heavy so stay away from fats, esp deep fried food and eat more protein to put on muscle. BTW, muscle is heavier than fat and burns calories while fat doesn't.

Of course you are entitled to your opinion and they are your kids and you can just tell everyone to shut up and mind their own business, but I have to say that everyone I know or have known over the years who constantly hold thier baby like that are doing them harm. When they do p them to someone else or put them down, they scream and the mom picks them up again. (Yes that is spoiling and it is setting the stage for everything else...the child learns their scream gets the result of what they want). Also, if you hold them all the time they do not get to learn to explore the world. They will crall later, sit later, walk later and learn less. I have a 3 month old baby boy that goes down perfectly at night due to his routine. I am having a hard time getting him down during the day due to my 4 year old being in preschool from 8:15 to 11:45. My son gets constipated ( he is 2 1/2) and the doctor said it is probably the milk ( he is on 2%). The doctor told me to limit the amount he drinks. He has 3 cups a day now. We went through him being constipated and tried a lot of different things. Some days he gets more milk or more juice and sure enough he gets constipated. So I would say try water. It was the only dietary change that worked for my little boy.

It lacks oomph, it sounds quite tame and repetitive to the fact I couldn't finish it because it sounded (in my mind) like "And this is what happened then this is the result then the next day i found this and that it was good" you get my gist? I dreamt that a ball/royal python was either coiled round my legs or 3/4 of its length was laying across my legs. my mother was lying down next to me on my left. Stay home or go on vacation?

ok my husband was just deployed to kuwait, in the past year he really hasn't been home much at all with the week and month long training. he is on a 12 month tour. he was just home for a week for christmas and he is trying to get his R&R for Aug. 09 to be home for our birthdays and our anniversary. we have been together for 9 yrs we have three kids under the age of five. we are still very young ourselves and we have never really done anything together like a vacation or anything like that. i was wanting to plan a trip while he was home for his R&R but feel very guilty that the kids wouldn't get to spend as much time with him and or vice versa. so i was wondering if it would be best to just stay home and do things with the kids like the zoo or holiday world. I wholly believe in equal opportunity. But doesn't affirmative action mean that someone who is a minority might be hired over me simply to fulfill some ratio. When I see these two things together, I think they are saying, "Everyone is equal in our eyes when it comes to hiring, unless you are of a minority color, then you are more important because you make us look good." The best thing is to have them talk to a dietitian and get a meal plan, caloric intake level chart and choose to eat in that circle of foods, they can give them specific ideas, I have 2 crockpots, use alot of veggies, soya proteins, grains, legumes and have lost 45 pounds in 5 years since switching to a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet, I still have the occasional piece of chicken, fish and I treat myself to a burger once every 2-3 months, but very small and plain.

The rule in the Nab Cup whereby which a mark has been taken, and if another player from the opposing teams runs 5m within the player who has marked it - there is a fifty metre penalty. Its absolute rubbish, some players might be running to the bench for a much needed break, it could potentially stop rotations and really make it hard for coaches. Its a stupid rule, we dont need it - our game has been going fine without it and I dont see the reason why it has to be introduced because seriously, it just doesnt achieve anything positive.

When i worked w/ two year olds, i taught them their names at circle time every morning. i put out carpet squares and put their names on them (their names were on a card) and i would make them find their carpet. Then we would do attendence with the cards, I would say "who's name is this?" and when they answered i would sayb "are you at home, or at school?" and they would tell me! It was cute and they learned to recognize their names fast :)
