2010 Fantasy Football season Week One decision is needed!?

12 team PPR IDP league where I do have a flex spot that could be RB/WR/or TE. Would you start TB Cadillac Williams at home vs. the BROWNS or PIT Hines Ward at home vs. the FALCONS (keep in mind Dennis Dixon will be the starting QB)???? TALK TO ME COMMUNITY...I am the owner, but you are my COACHING STAFF!
