Bleeding and Mild cramping while pregnant?

I have been having cramping for 2 days and started bleeding this afternoon and have been bleeding steadily since. I have noticed two really small clots but nothing big. But my cramping is just as bad as a normal men. cycle. I am going to the dr tomorrow for the first time. I think im about 5 weeks or so. Just found out a week ago..
