Good Or Bad Trade in my League?

I'm trading Alex Smith or Vince Young (which one should I go for) and also either Will Smith (I have Peppers) or DeMeco Ryans (I have Harris and also Willis, and there are several good LB's out there) for Arian Foster. Good trade or bad trade??
