Can I be catholic and gay even I disagree with the pope or some teachings but I believe in the creed of Nicea?

and the traditions.. I mean I accept the church as the first and true church but I disagree with leaders.. but I believe in the Holy communion and the sacraments and the bible and the communion of saints.. even I have my doubts about catholicism but I believe it's the first christian church before the protestantism.
