I am looking for a list of doctors in Kansas practicing neurofeedback therapy?

We live in North east Kansas about 2 hours from Kansas City. There is a doctor in KC practicing neurofeedback therapy, but that is over 2 hours from our home. I am having trouble finding a list of other doctors who offer the therapy. Is there anybody who knows other cities in KS who have one?
