Do you miss Meg Ryan?

Okay, I know she's still around and you see her in the magazines every now and again, but do you ever, say, watch one of her movies and feel sad that she went from being this very cute, likeable girl (if she wasn't in real life, she fooled a lot of people pretty well!) to being this lady who got bad plastic surgery and who seems very cynical and unapproachable. Any former or hanging-on fans who feel the same way?
