Please people, I beg you to help me, I don't wanna lose hope,?

My name is Median Tiba, an 18-year-old from Syria, all I want to do is to study Informatics in Lithuania, it's my dream, I was working last year to prepare everything, my father's friend is going to pay tuition fee for me which is 3500EUR, I'm grateful because that good man will pay tuition fee, but he told me I have to work there, so I can pay for accommdation and cover life expenses, i agreed of course, but I later found out that I can have a part-time job in Lithuania only after the first year at university, and I need like another 3500EUR to cover everything, I tried many ways to get money, but I couldn't, I even e-mailed the Lithuanian President Mr. Valdas Adamkus himself, but the Office of the President replied and they said they can't help me, I hear people talking about millions, talking about studying abroad, and everytime I remember that I can't do that because I don't have money, plz someone help me, isn't there a very rich man who can help me? Lithuania is everything to me.
