Who is the worst president in US history- Bush, Reagan or Nixon?

So far, CARTER..double digit inflation..over 20% interest rates..bumbling around while 52 American hostages suffer for more than a year in captivity in Iran (they got released when Reagan took office). Arguably, Carter's support for Ayatolla Khomeini taking over in Iran might very well be the reason the attacks on 9/11 took place. He still continues to undermine this country.
