Dating as a young professional.?
I am a 29 year old, single, straight male and I am employed full time and go to graduate school part time. My friends give me a hard time because I have never had a girlfriend or even experienced my first kiss. Also, I don't have any female contacts beside the ones I work with. I told my friends that I believe most guys my age that work full time and go to school have little time, interest, or energy left for a social life (dating). They also give me a hard time about living at home rent free. I will probably move out into my own place after I finish school and get a good job, however, if the job is close to home I will continue living at home as long as I can as my parents love having me there along with my other adult siblings (26 and 24). My question has multiple parts: How different am I from most people my age and why does everyone that makes nasty comments or mocks me seem to be jealous of me...Is it because I am free (single) and have the world as my oyster?
