Another revolving credit?

Ok so I have a score of 597, I am a Sheriffs deputy trying to purchase my first home for my family. I am to apply for a Rural Home Dev. loan and qualify ... with my income but they told me I need one more revoloving credit for 12mo, b\c I have truck pay off but they didn't report, but they( RHD )can still use this. Sooo.. I went to my local bank and they sug. getting a small loan and paying it off in 12mo. even if the APR was say 22.074% which no i do not want..on a 1000 dollar loan I would only be charged 123.56in total fin. charges, this suggests that it would be simple to get a small loan to establish credit .. except I have no co-signer and with the 597/597/588 fico scores on my report intell my col. debts showes paid...Even my local bank can't help with out that co-signer...does anyone know where I can get a small personal loan such as this.with the best apr availiable for me ... Any help would be appreciated greatly!!! Thankyou
