How Can I Get Rid of my Nasal Congestion?

So for most of my life, I've had a runny/congested nose to some degree... sometimes it's really light, but for the past two weeks it's been really severe and annoying. I've tried taking all the allergy medicines (Claritin, etc.), cold/flu medicine, you name it, but it never, ever works. It's really become a problem; I'm taking voice lessons, and you can't sing right if your nose is so blocked up you can barely breathe through it. Is there anything I can do to help this? I'm going to the doctor this week to see if she can help, but does anyone know what to do?
